5. Virtual Items and Purchases

Our apps may offer virtual currency or items. You acknowledge that these items have no "real world" value and are licensed to you, not sold. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by the laws of the platform (Google Play/App Store).

6. Limitation of Liability

The applications are provided "AS IS" without any warranties. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
